Kary J. Bartmasser, CPA, founded InSite Properties in 1991. Mr. Bartmasser has over twenty years experience as a licensed Realtor and broker, transacting sales for both commercial and residential properties. Mr. Bartmasser is also at the helm of Bartmasser & Co, CPAs, a Beverly Hills accounting firm with a long standing reputation in the affluent Westside Los Angeles community. Celebrating 50 years in Beverly Hills, Bartmasser & Company provides exceptional financial services, from accounting and financial management to business investment. Bartmasser & Co's strong corporate client base, primarily in the entertainment industry and legal and medical professions, has allowed Mr. Bartmasser to merge successfully into the real estate investment market.
A Los Angeles native, Mr. Bartmasser grew up in the Century City adjacent Cheviot Hills. His father, a successful real estate broker in Beverly Hills, started Mr. Bartmasser's interests in real estate at a very young age.
When not overseeing real estate transactions, Mr. Bartmasser can be found playing tennis in Palm Springs and golf in Hawaii. A world traveler, Mr. Bartmasser enjoys spending time in Spain, France, Kenya, Japan and Dubai, just to name a few

Mr. Bartmasser is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and The California Society of CPA's. He donates his time and resources to many charitable organizations including Second Harvest and the Simon Weisenthal Center.
Allyona Sevanesian - Sr. Vice President/Agent
As a teenager, Mrs. Sevanesian used to cruise Los Angeles residential streets dreaming of the historic Victorians, secluded beach houses and California bungalows that fill the city. Now she sells them.
An FIDM Design graduate, Mrs. Sevanesian has been involved in design and function as it pertains to real estate since she was a teenager. First with her own furniture company and currently with a boutique design firm she manages with partners. She gets to see each property from beginning to end, from the start of an idea to giving the keys to it's new owners. A Russian native, Mrs. Sevanesian lives in Burbank with her husband and two young daughters.

Quintessential. is responsible for the marketing of all InSite Properties open houses and the properties themselves. Their open houses are always memorable as they pay attention to the slightest details including themes, catering and luxury goodie bags. Knowing the importance of media outreach as it relates to special properties, Quintessential.'s efforts have landed clients on the pages of the L.A. Times, Los Angeles Daily News, Daily Candy, Home and Garden and on HGTV, DIY and Lifetime TV.
